Designed for low-use elevators in residential and small commercial buildings.

  • 1 scheduled maintenance visit per year

All replacement parts and consumables are chargeable. Parts, materials and labour for repairs are not included.

  • For commercial situations, the compliance schedule determines maintenance frequency
  • Maintenance services do not include IQP inspections unless specifically stated in your contract
  • Any repair work outside the scope of your maintenance agreement is quoted separately for approval before work begins
